Modules
How the modules connect
- Employee record — the person, their company, branch, department, job title, category, reporting manager and statutory details. Every other module reads it.
- Shift schedule → attendance. Punches are judged against the shift the schedule gives for the day.
- Leave approval → attendance. Approved leave becomes part of the day's record; pending leave has no effect.
- Attendance → payroll. Payable days and loss-of-pay days come from the day records.
- Salary structure → payroll → payslip. The structure in force for the month is applied, and the payslip shows every line.
- Frozen payroll → payment batch → bank file, and frozen payroll → statutory files.
- Employee and manager self-service sit on top: requests go in, approvals come back.
