What managers can do
- Approve or reject leave, attendance corrections, overtime, travel, expense and loan requests from one inbox.
- See a summary of their team and approve team attendance.
- See only the people who report to them — unless their role is given a wider scope.
What the company controls
- Which employees may self-punch, separately for the web and the mobile app, and from which geofenced work locations.
- Which sections each employee sees, by permission.
- Who approves what, through the approval flows set for leave and attendance.
Signing in
There are no passwords. An employee signs in with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp to the mobile number their company registered, then chooses the workspace if they belong to more than one.
Notifications
Requests, approvals and attendance issues raise in-app notifications, which update live. HRMSMax does not send notifications by email or SMS.
Mobile app
HRMSMax has a mobile app for Android and iOS built on the same self-service features — punch in and out with geofence checks, leave, attendance corrections, payslips and approvals. It is not yet published on Google Play or the App Store. Until it is, employees use self-service in a phone's browser. Ask us about mobile availability for your company.
